  • Center for Performing Arts on left, Mountain Bay Plaza building on right was what we used to call "The Doghouse". Part of a late 60's rejuvenation plan, it stood empty for 10 years after construction, populated only by a handful of guard dogs. It was a running joke with locals, we had the only 12-story doghouse in the valley. :) I remember seeing this building in various stages of construction and decay.
