    Car #55, 1991 Mazda 787B (002) which won the overall victory at the 1991 24 hour LeMans race with Weidler, Herbert and Gachot driving. 

R26B 2616cc four-rotor Wankel Rotary engine.

Maximum Power: 700 hp (520 kW)/9000 rpm
Maximum Torque: 448 ft·lbf (607 N·m)/6500 rpm

This remains as of 2011 the only LeMans victory by a Japanese marque as well as the only LeMans victory by a car not using a reciprocating engine design. It only ran a few exhibition laps at the Historics and did not compete.
