Pre-Close

These photos were taken at various times over the ~12 weeks from the first time we saw the property on 12/3/11 until close of escrow on 2/28/12. They were taken with a relatively low-end camera, as I have time I will begin taking photos in earnest. :)

  • View from the deck attached to the master bedroom. The most distant hills are the Monterey Peninsula. The light strip just below that is Monterey Bay.

  • View toward house from driveway, about 100' inside property line at this point. Barely visible near the center of the frame is the red front door.

Tree in the middle of the driveway. :/

  • Stitched-together panorama showing part of the mixed grove just off the main knoll. The house is behind the camera. This was on the day that the septic was being inspected, which explains the pumper truck. :)

  • Walking back up the road from the well with my Realtor. Lots of potential places along this road to clear space to sit under a tree and enjoy a good book and a fabulous view.

  • There is a small parking area cut at the edge of the neighbor's property that is an easy walk from the house. The view from this location near sunset is breathtaking.
